My cabinets were 10 years old and I fortunately found Ryan, RM finishpro and they did a fantastic job the way I imagined. I am really lucky to find this company, efficient, timely and job well done.
We had some work done on a room above our garage. This included dry-walling and lifting the ceiling, cutting through the one wall and inserting a window. This was what we found:
1.) The price quoted was the price paid. This seems to be a rare occurrence in construction. We are very grateful.
2.) The quote was the most competitive.
3.) All the guys on the team, and especially Ryan, was super-friendly and professional. You get the sense they are a respectful bunch of guys. Nice when you have kids around.
4.) They went out of their way to minimize the mess and dust.
5.) We were prompted by someone else to flag something Ryan did, and he patiently stood by his work, waited for us to investigate with a structural engineer, then graciously accepted our apology for raising (what turned out to be a false) red flag. We finally found a contractor who has principles and skill, a cool crew and an even cooler attitude.
PS. Keep in mind that Ryan has a very keen eye for finishing details that boost the look of your project with touches that seem expensive but cost you little. Give him a bit of room and you may be surprised with what he comes up with.
